How do you clean colored leather?

I have a nude colored bag that has seen better days. How would I remove dirt that has made it dingy without ruining the leather? I also have a white bag that I would like to clean.

    You can buy leather cleaner. I bought some at DSW the other day. Just be sure to get one you can use on any color.
